With sustainability in mind, the kitchen will feature solid wood cabinetry, walk-in pantry, quartz countertops, Energy Star dishwasher and high performance appliances. A central feature of the home is the curved guest bathroom which is cylindrical and doubles as a safe-room in the house for adverse wether conditions. The primary owner's retreat bedroom is generously sized with an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. Aluminum framed Hurricane Impact Glass windows throughout, (not all windows shown on renderings will come at this pricing, the full clerestory is an upgrade). With a laundry room and two additional large bedrooms both with walk-in closets, this house has everything you need.
