Sue Schneider has been a realtor for 26 years.  She grew up in Massachusetts and came to Florida in 1974, where she met her husband, Jack, who works for CarMax.

Sue is perfectly suited to the real estate business, as she enjoys meeting people, she is a great listener, and she knows this area very well.  She appreciates the opportunity to assist buyers in finding a house or condo they love and then helping them throughout the buying process.  But it doesn’t stop there, Sue enjoys keeping in touch and seeing all the fabulous personal touches people make as they turn a house into their very own home!

For nearly 35 years, Sue and Jack have lived on Vina Del Mar in St. Pete Beach, where they raised their two children, Matt and Haley.  Matt is an It Tech.  He and his wife Sonal, who is an RN with Humana, have two children, Liam and Olivia.  Haley was a professional dancer.  She danced at Busch Gardens and was a dancer on Celebrity Cruise Lines for three years.  Haley just recently became a Realtor and is now working with Sue.  With Sue’s experience and Haley’s enthusiasm they have created a great mother/daughter team.

The Schneiders also share their lives with a wonderful Golden Retriever named Whiskey.  You can see the three of them riding around Vina Del Mar and Pass A Grille in their golf cart or hanging out at the Vina dog park with all of Whiskey’s furry friends.  When it is time to get away, Sue and Jack love to pack up their travel trailer and go camping with family.  If they are not exploring the great outdoors camping, they typically will be found riding their bikes or boating.  

Sue has been a member of the Pass-A-Grille Women’s Club for 10 years, and she is a member of the Pinellas Realtor Association.  Her specialty is real estate along the Pinellas Gulf Beaches and throughout Southern Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg.

Sue just became a member of the Coastal Properties Group International President’s Club.
