With extensive experience in real estate, Shawn is the team leader behind the dynamic team~Home Shores Collection~a role she has embraced with passion and dedication. She began her real estate career in 2017, quickly translating her attention to detail and love for home and community into an award winning practice. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her achievements, including earning the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2018 and becoming a licensed Florida Broker Associate in 2022. After successful careers of their own, Shawn along with husband James Killebrew, launched the team in 2022 to make a life long dream of working together come true! Their daughter, Lindsey Arn, a licensed RN joined the team in 2023 making “The Krewe” a legacy team known for excellence in service and industry distinction.
Shawn was born in the Mid-West and lived in St. Louis, Chicago, and Cleveland before moving to the Tampa Bay Area in 1982. She holds a BA in Education from the University of South Florida—GO BULLS! Her 25-year career as an Educator and in administration with the School District of Hillsborough County and private education provided her with unique insights into the importance of home, lifestyle, and community, which seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career. She is devoted to being there for her Sellers and Buyers in all the transitions of life that require a real estate transaction.
A self-proclaimed foodie, Shawn enjoys dining at local restaurants or cooking healthy meals together with family and friends at home. Married to the love of her life and Florida native, James Killebrew, for over 35 years, she cherishes time with their four grown children and five grandchildren, whether at the beach, visiting local parks and entertainment or just hanging out by the pool.
