Rebecca Wellborn began her real estate career in 2004 in Atlanta. She returned home to the Tampa Bay area in 2010 and has been a top producing agent in Pinellas County, gaining the expert local knowledge needed to navigate the highly competitive market. 

Rebecca prides herself on her sterling reputation and customer service, believing that is what sets her apart from other agents. She specializes in sales of waterfront and coastal communities, luxury homes, active adult lifestyles and relocation assistance.

Raised on the Gulf coast of Florida, Rebecca earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and had over 20 years of experience in Sales, Management and Finance before entering real estate. Her marketing and sales expertise helps sellers showcase the best aspects of their homes, and get their properties maximum exposure through multiple marketing channels. Rebecca’s finance and management background enhance her negotiating skills and help her manage the many important details of her client's transaction. 

A former Peace Corps Volunteer, Rebecca generously gives her time and resources to numerous community organizations including the Dunedin Fine Art Center, Florida Native Plant Society, Friends of the Hammock, Dunedin Council of Organizations, Friends of the Island Parks and the Clearwater Audubon Society. When not serving clients and volunteering, Rebecca enjoys gardening, kayaking, bird-watching and hosting house concerts for her family and friends.
