Throughout his decades-long real estate career, Ken Rossi has generated millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions, introduced innovative real estate initiatives in major Florida markets and specialized in luxury listings represented by a top-ranking real estate firm.
Rossi has worked with teams of agents to generate annual sales surpassing $70 million as well as exceeded $16.5 million in individual sales within a single year.
Originally an agent with Keller Williams Realty, he became affiliated with one of the Tampa Bay area’s most successful real estate companies when he joined Coastal Properties Group International in 2012.
An opportunity to launch a technology-based real estate buying and selling service in three Florida cities became his primary professional focus for more than a year in 2020. During that time, as director of real estate and operations for Offerpad, he rolled out the online platform in Tampa, Jacksonville and Orlando.
When presented with the opportunity to rise to the executive ranks of a Florida-based brokerage firm specializing in luxury properties and catering to a global clientele, Rossi returned to Coastal Properties Group. The invitation-only boutique brokerage firm has quickly grown from 15 agents to over 300 Real Estate Advisors.
As executive vice president of Coastal Properties Group International & Forbes Global Properties, Rossi works closely with agents to help them realize their full potential in the real estate industry. He also identifies top-producing agents with the skills and motivation to excel within the luxury real estate market.
Rossi will be an integral contributor to the brokerage’s ongoing growth and expansion as he assists agents to become more successful and thrive within a company known for its exemplary services and cutting edge technology.
Married for more than 20 years, Rossi and his wife have two children attending the University of Central Florida.
