​​Karen's career path in real estate began in 1978, working as an office manager for Phase 1 homes in their model center. She continued to pursue real estate by attending Bert Rodgers Schools of Real Estate and getting her Real Estate license in January of 1980. 

Karen Casey-Cave is a top ranked realtor with a lifetime of local experience. With hard work and determination, Karen closed over $7,650,000 in real estate sales in 2023. She was awarded the prestigious Coastal Properties President's Society award in 2023. With over 25 years as a Re/Max agent, she has earned a prestigious Hall of Fame Award, presented to top agents who closed over $1,000,000 in commissions. 

With great enthusiasm, Karen joined Coast Properties Group/Forbes Global Properties in March of 2014. Whether it's showing homes to first-time buyers or bustling neighborhoods to investors, Karen is a Realtor for everyone. She has years of local experience and the confidence to solve problems and negotiate deals for her clients. Karen specializes in all levels of real estate and is knowledgeable of neighborhoods in Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Karen and her husband, Charles, reside in the Lansbrook area of Palm Harbor. They have two sons, David and Ian and a young granddaughter, Harper. In her free time, Karen loves supporting local sports teams, exploring antique shops and enjoying all of the natural beauty of the area. Her family is very fortunate to have a vacation home in Brevard, NC that allows us to getaway for a long weekend from time to time.

Karen is honored to have been volunteering for 14 years at Suncoast Hospice and cherishes her weekly volunteer shifts. She also volunteers at Zoo Tampa in the cooler months of the year.
