Jan is a native of Belleair Beach and has lived within 10 miles of her childhood home her entire life. Her knowledge of Pinellas County & the Beaches is unsurpassed. After years of running a local family glass business, founding & running a 501c3, flipping and building houses, as well as creating a Top Bay Area Home Staging company, she made the leap into Real Estate in 2011.
