In 1998, James and his wife purchased their first Florida home together and haven’t looked back since. James specializes in single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and villas with experience in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. James and his wife have resided in Palm Harbor since 2006 and enjoy the local downtown events and the short drive to the beach. Loving the Florida lifestyle, they frequently boat in the summer and take motorcycle rides throughout Florida in the winter.
