Holly J. Sellars grew up in Largo, Florida, and spent her childhood adventuring along the coastal beaches from Clearwater Beach to the sand dunes of Sand Key Beach, all the way to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille Beach. She has witnessed incredible growth in the area since arriving in 1975.

Holly is a proud member of the dynamic Home Shores Collection team that shares her native roots in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Backed by the knowledge and excellence of this great team, she is dedicated to providing every seller with a personal bundle of benefits and a single point of contact, ensuring their home stands out in the market like no other. Holly began her early career working for a developer of Life Care facilities who started in Largo and later headquartered in Bradenton. She was actively involved in the entire building process, from land acquisition to subcontractor draws, change order negotiations, and purchasing materials. Holly also worked closely with the company’s sole legal counselor as the corporate legal assistant, contributing to projects spanning from Seminole to Naples.

In 1993, Holly ventured out as a partner in her own business. As the company grew, she relocated to Fort Myers, where she enjoyed many successful years. In 2012, Holly took another leap into residential home development in Lexington, Massachusetts, working as a business operations assistant with a contractor specializing in excavation.

Throughout the years, Holly has bought and sold her own homes, always keeping her family based in Largo and Clearwater. She has owned a home in Dunedin since 2003, where she now resides full-time with her partner Paul and their white golden retriever, Nala.
