Heather Hardy is a hard working, thorough and driven real estate advisor who, because of her skills, kind manner and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients, was invited to be a member of the Marina Kloppel Group of Exceptional Real Estate Professionals at Coastal Properties Group International. Heather is originally a Florida native. Her family moved during her school years to the Midwest and then to New England. Florida always remained “home” in her heart and after many vacations, she moved back to Clearwater in 1999. Prior to branching out to her real estate career, Heather was an advisor at a window company where she honed her skills of customer service, scheduling, and working with local cities and home owner’s associations on permitting and quality control. Upon the birth of her daughter, Heather was blessed to be able to spend time at home being a mom and tackling other roles that also improved her mind, body, and soul. Some of these enriching endeavors included senior home health aid, rideshare, senior helper, pet sitter, PTA level 2 volunteer, landlord, and house sitter. Heather, her husband, and their daughter are active members of the Clearwater community and also own and maintain investment properties in the area. Heather believes that all homes are an investment and location is key. She loves being outdoors, animals of any shape and size, live music, traveling, arts and crafts, and spending quality time with family and friends.
