As a proud lifelong resident of Tampa Bay, Deric is passionate about the local real estate market and truly believes the area has something to offer for everyone.  With over 25 years experience in the real estate industry, Deric possesses the knowledge and expertise to assist his clients in achieving their real estate goals.  Deric began his real estate career in 1998 as a licensed Appraiser and in 2000 founded Raymond Appraisal Services.   Having personally completed thousands of residential appraisals, Deric has a comprehensive understanding of the various neighborhoods and submarkets across the Tampa Bay area.  His valuation skills as an Appraiser set him apart from other agents who rely on their “best guess” of a home’s value.   In 2012 Deric transitioned to a role as full time Realtor, believing his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market could benefit both buyers and sellers.  Prior to joining Coastal Properties Group, Deric spent several years at Century 21 Executive Team where he consistently won the Quality Service Award by providing concierge level service to his clients.   In addition to his experiences as a Realtor and Appraiser, Deric possesses a solid educational background having earned a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.  Deric believes his unique skillet offers his clients a distinct advantage and unmatched attention to detail when listing their home for sale or helping them purchase a home in today’s challenging real estate market
