Cheryl was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and has been a licensed Realtor since 2003. Having grown up in Pinellas County she and her husband, Brian, are full-time residents of Belleair, Florida. Prior to joining Coastal Properties Group, Cheryl was an associate of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker, specializing in waterfront and luxury property throughout Pinellas County. In particular, she marketed and represented the new construction project Belle Aqua Villas – a 12 unit luxury Italianesque townhome development on Clearwater Harbor. In addition to the Clearwater Beach Belle Aqua Villas project, Cheryl specialized in luxury homes and condominiums on waterfront areas along Pinellas County beaches and Intracoastal waterway. Cheryl’s expertise is not limited to luxury waterfront property as she is a trusted real estate advisor throughout Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, and the beaches. Cheryl’s expertise in pricing and determining market value leads to a quick “list to contract” time for her sellers. Cheryl earned her associate degree in business from St. Petersburg College. She has been recognized as a member of the FAST 50 for her growth of a technology business in 1996. As an involved member of the community, Cheryl is active on several boards and committees including the Belleair Recreation Department Board, founding member of the town of Belleair “Sunday’s in Belleair” concert series, secretary and board member for the Belleair Community Foundation, and is a former member of the Belleair Country Club Membership Committee.
