While Beverly grew up in St. Petersburg, she has been lucky enough to call Dunedin her home since 1995. Even though she’s a native Floridian, she has traveled extensively, living in Utah, Hawaii and several places in Canada including Banff and Vancouver. After freezing for too many winters, Beverly moved back to Florida to be closer to her family, her roots and most importantly the sun. From there she settled in Dunedin, working in Interior Design & Property Management before obtaining her real estate license in 2003. With her father practicing residential real estate in Tampa and her grandfather on the commercial side in Belleair Beach, it was only a matter of time before Beverly ventured into the real estate business herself. When Beverly is not selling real estate, she spends her time enjoying the beach at Honeymoon Island, traveling every chance she gets, trying new breweries all over the world or cooking for friends and family. She shares her Dunedin home with her husband, Chris, a British transplant, design engineer and brewer of delicious beer.
