Steven Gould is a licensed real estate Broker Associate in Florida, a licensed real estate Sales Associate in Massachusetts, and a Founder of the Gould Jurek Real Estate Team with Coastal Properties Group International. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Steven owned a travel agency where he matched his clients with their dream vacations. After selling the world, he decided to focus on his backyard. Using the same principles from his career in travel, his philosophy is to not only work as your agent, but rather as your Real Estate Advisor. Over the years, Steven has learned the value of building lasting relationships with his clients, colleagues, and industry partners. He understands that each client is unique, and so is every home. He believes that customer service, honesty, and communication should always be the most important pieces of every real estate transaction. Growing up in Pinellas County, Steven made it his mission to learn many facets of the local real estate industry. Recognizing that the housing market was in constant flux, he quickly moved into real estate investments and property management throughout the tri-county area (Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and Pasco County). In 2016, he moved to Boston to help start a luxury real estate brokerage focusing on residential homes, multi-family properties, condo development, commercial leases, and property management.
