Rachel Sanderford has been a St. Petersburg local since 2001. She has been able to see firsthand how real estate has changed and adapted. In a sense, she has been a realtor in training all her life…her mother, Rhonda Sanderford has been a full time realtor since 1985 and heads the Yes-Homes team with Marian Maguire. Rachel contributed to the Yes-Homes blog in 2014 through 2018 before going to graduate school in Boston and getting her masters in Creative Writing. 

Rachel is no stranger to moving, having moved 9 times before her family settled in St. Pete. In her adult life she has lived in New Orleans, Boston, NYC, and Asheville.
