Nicole SaunchesReal Estate Advisor

As a real estate professional, my job is to educate, guide and help people make good decisions. I am not in business to sell or pressure, but rather to serve as my customers’ trusted advisor. As such, I see my role as answering questions, clarifying and simplifying the entire selling and/or buying process, managing the transaction and helping my customers make good decisions so they get what they want. I selected Coastal Properties Group because it is a quality company that matches my values and high standards of honesty and integrity. The company also mirrors my philosophy of providing excellent customer service by always putting the customer first. The company is innovative and provides me and my fellow colleagues with the latest state of the art technology, is a full-service brokerage that has market success, which ultimately translates to success for our customers. My background in communications directly contributes to my ability to provide clients with a first-class experience. I believe that trust, integrity, patience are a must in this industry and I understand the importance of service, hard work and sincere enthusiasm. I am no stranger to change and relish helping my clients walk through all the steps from contract to closing. I understand each real estate specialty – whether first-time homebuyers, primary homes, secondary residences, relocation, investment, resort, and condominiums – has its own nuances and specific requirements. Prior to real estate, I worked in sports communications with the Atlanta Braves, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago White Sox, U.S. Olympic Committee, U.S. Tennis Association and Women’s Tennis Association. I am an accredited buyer representative (ABR) and have earned the Real Estate Digital Marketer (REDM) certification. A small town girl originally from Central Illinois, I graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Sports Management and from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Master of Arts in Sports Administration.
