Lorna took a long hiatus from her career in media and healthcare sales to raise two children—the proud “Tiger Mom” of Georgetown University and Brown University graduates! She went back to work in 2009 and joined a Tampa-based commercial real estate company specializing in tenant representation for leases in retail, office and industrial spaces throughout the Tampa Bay area. A real estate investor herself, Lorna brought knowledge from both sides of a transaction, offering valuable guidance to her clients to successfully navigate complex negotiations. Her husband’s job change took them to Traverse City, Michigan where she also obtained a real estate license. Commuting between Michigan and Florida for several years she and her husband welcomed the opportunity to live in Florida again full-time. With a few home remodeling projects in Michigan and Florida behind her, Lorna’s interest turned more towards residential real estate. She recently made the transition and joined Coastal Properties Group. A member of The Ellson Team, Lorna looks forward to offering her clients access not only to the global marketing and technology resources of an international company, but also the local expertise and support of a proven, experienced and highly respected leader in the industry—important elements in allowing her to offer outstanding commercial or residential real estate service and advice. Born in the Philippines but raised on Guam, Lorna graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a degree in Communications. A resident of Pinellas County since 1985, Lorna lives in Belleair, Florida with her husband Clint. They have a blended family of six children and 2 grandchildren. Travel ranks high among Lorna’s favorite splurges but also always makes time for reading, cooking, and entertaining friends and family at home.
