Kimberly Rayl dove into the real estate industry seven years ago, sparked by her interest in homes and love for people. She enjoys how real estate is completely different from a desk job and that she’s able to help people from all different walks of life find their perfect home. Kimberly’s passion for helping others enables her to stand out among competitors by having quick response times and around-the-clock availability for her clients.
Her love for helping people extends beyond her career as community involvement and volunteering are an important part of her life. Kimberly was once a board member of the 1 Voice Foundation, a charity for childhood cancer patients; her brother was diagnosed with cancer as a child when she was 10 years old.
Kimberly was born and raised in Long Island, New York where she attended Massapequa High School and Delhi University New York. She then came to Florida in 1984 and has spent her time living in year-round, sunny Clearwater. She considers herself fortunate to have a majority of her family in Pinellas County with her, including her 24 year old daughter, Lucy, and her 22 year old son, Luke. Kimberly has two adorable dogs: Willow, a five pound Papillion, and Wally, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. When Kimberly isn’t working or volunteering, she enjoys pilates, bike riding, reading, decorating, and watching movies.
