Kelly teamed up with Janet Cochran, who has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and is a Multi-Million Dollar producer. Together, Janet and Kelly are part of The Janet Cochran Team of Coastal Properties Group International.

As a team, they have expert knowledge of all residential waterfront and luxury homes. They take pride in their promise to make their clients' experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Kelly's Real Estate designations include Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES).

Kelly has a Bachelors in Health Service Administration from SPC. Kelly has a passion for animals, especially dogs and she volunteers at the Suncoast Animal Sanctuary. Kelly resides in Palm Harbor in the Golf Community of Innisbrook. She loves the Tampa Bay area and all it has to offer her and her clients. She enjoys golfing, boating, and cooking.
