Karl received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University. He put his sales and finance background to work as the sales manager for the Northeastern United States while at Tech Data Corp for 10 years. He was responsible for over thirty (30) million dollars of sales annually. After building his residential real estate business, Karl saw a need for a new type of sales strategy and partnered to form the Moeller & Barber Real Estate Team and the leading Florida real estate auction firm.
As a native of Pinellas County, Karl’s local market knowledge is unsurpassed. He is a skilled negotiator who always puts his clients’ needs first. Having built several waterfront homes himself, Karl has an in depth understanding of the unique issues that owning waterfront property can present.
