Prior to Judy’s 20 years plus in real estate, she worked for Unisys Corp. handling international benefits and traveling throughout the US and Europe dealing with different people and cultures. Her experience in personnel allows her to truly understand clients’ needs. Judy knows what to look for and what to look out for in today’s market. When Judy’s late husband accepted early retirement, they decided to move into their vacation home on Florida’s west coast. Their beautiful waterfront home is nestled in Harbor Bluffs and years later, it’s where Judy still resides. As an avid sailboater from suburban Philadelphia, Judy was drawn to the boating, the weather and the people here. Her experience has built trust in her circles, bringing clients back to her again and again, whether buying or selling properties resulting in millions of dollars in sales volume. Many of her clients have developed into long-term friendships due to her integrity in evaluating a property and offering counsel. Previously with another real estate company, Judy now works with Coastal Properties Group International, a progressive and tech-savvy company focusing in luxury homes and condos. She specializes in properties in Belleair Bluffs, Sand Key, Indian Rocks Beach, Harbor Hills, Harbor Bluffs and Seminole. Being a local resident , Judy is familiar with coastal living and the unique challenges when dealing with waterfront properties such as seawalls, docks, high water areas, etc. She has the contacts to help assess any issues that might confront a waterfront buyer. She also has the “in” for potential properties not yet listed. As a former member of Belleair Country Club and Clearwater Yacht Club, Judy enjoyed golfing and boating. Now she loves walking in Taylor Park, attending the theater and sporting events, enjoying quiet time with her two pets, and socializing with her friends and neighbors.
