While pursuing a degree in business administration at Adelphi University, John developed a successful career in banking, rising to the position of vice president and running five departments in the Education Finance Division at Chase. Later, John served as director of credit, then chief operating officer, at a media company. In 2001, he co-founded and managed a commercial collection company serving the media industry. His company celebrated its 20-year anniversary in 2021. John has 14 years of experience serving on his condominium association’s board of directors as treasurer and president. His interest in real estate, and commitment to life-long learning, led him to obtain his Community Association Manager’s license in 2020 and now his real estate sales associate license. John has purchased and sold several primary residence and investment properties over the years.
