Jill originates from the mid-western town of Medina, Ohio. She attended Baldwin-Wallace College and Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in Computer Information Systems. Her 10 plus years in management within Securities and Trust Operations for Keybank NA, prepared her for her next career as a property manager both in Ohio and Florida. A job transfer for her husband brought them to the Pinellas area in 2007. As their property management portfolio continued to grow and her personal investment experience expanded she obtained her realtor license. Jill brings a practical knowledge of the real estate market from an investment perspective and enjoys assisting clients to find their dream home that fits their current needs as well as future growth potential. She invests herself into building working relationships with everyone she meets by showing care and concern at all times. Jill is active with Girl Scouts of West Central Florida by serving as co-leader for both of her daughters’ troops. She also enjoys running and participates in many area races benefiting Girl Scouts, Morton Plant Foundation, The LYN fund (Love Your Neighbor), and other breast cancer awareness/research organizations.
