Jeffery is a 14 plus year, seasoned Commercial Real Estate Advisor. He is a fifth generation Floridian of Pinellas County. His family settled on the “Narrows” of Indian Rocks Beach in the 1850’s from the Bahamas/Key West. He attended local schools and graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee FL and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Real Estate.  

Jeffery was a residential High-Rise Property Manager and Real Estate Appraiser in St. Petersburg in the 1970’s. He also proudly served as an Army Field Artillery officer at Fort Sill, OK, achieving the rank of Captain while leading 100+ personnel in a high-pressure environment.  

His recent real estate background is primarily in the retail and hospitality markets, as well as Landlord/Tenant representation. Jeffery has successfully represented a plethroa of clients, including ArmorTech Windows & Doors. While working with this retailer, he launched their business into the Southwest Florida market. Today, ArmorTech is thriving as a result of his thorough research and negotiation skills to close this million dollar transaction.  

His executive sales experience also includes 20 plus years as a manufacturers’ representative in the large format web printing press equipment industry working with national clients such as “US News & World Report” and “Time” magazines; printers R.R. Donnelley, Dallas Morning News, and Quad Graphics-Wisconsin. Additionally, Jeffery marketed products within corrugated box packaging and aluminum can beverage manufacturing industries.

In addition to his interest in continually learning about his multi-generational roots in Florida, Jeffery is active within the community as a member of St. Petersburg Museum of History, the Gulfport (FL) Historical Society, the Pinellas County Genealogy Society and Gulf Beaches Museum, St Petersburg Beach. He is also a proud Member of the American Legion Post 273 in Madeira Beach FL.
