Janet served as Vice President of bbre/ESHENBAUGH Commercial Services, Inc. where she specialized in land sales, the leasing and sales of professional office space and the sale of warehouse/industrial facilities. She was also a coordinator for the RTC and FDIC auctions in Florida and nationwide. She is active with the Florida Association of REALTORS® and The Greater Clearwater Board of REALTORS® and has served on Ethics, Political Action and Legislative Committees. Janet has successfully completed courses toward the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and has been certified with the SFR designation.
