Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Erin has been a long-time resident (over 20 years) in the Tampa Bay Area. It’s exciting to see the growth over the past years. Proud to be a part of such a growing company, Erin holds a broker’s license in the State of Florida since 1996–received a sales license in 1986 and has continued her education in real estate since graduating from college. Erin’s career began managing Shopping Centers, then Office and Commercial Buildings of 300,000 square feet, then finally managing Residential Apartment Communities up to 600 units. Erin takes pride in her expertise in marketing. Her last job in the private sector was a Marketing and Training Manager in which she trained leasing consultants and marketed 3 Luxury Apartment Communities in the Tampa Bay area. All along Erin has continued to sell real estate until committing to make real estate sales a full-time career in 2002., which is truly a passion for her.
