Dilan was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. He had the privilege of attending Valparaiso University to play collegiate football, but due to injuries returned to Florida to attend The University of South Florida to study Criminology & Political Science.

Throughout his time at USF, he joined Sigma Chi, he was honored to provide philanthropic work for The Huntsman Cancer Institute.

He chose to get into real estate to gain the best understating of the market and industry to then have the ability to make every family’s dream of becoming a homeowner possible. His preparation, attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine desire to help families are what make him an exceptional real estate agent.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends, and family. He also enjoys going to the beach and staying fit, whether it's going to the gym or going on runs with his 2 huskies.
