Debbie Descheemaeker first became a licensed realtor over ten years ago when she realized that she wanted more than the corporate world had to offer—the ability to make people’s dreams come true by helping them find their perfect home. Since then, she has been working hard to streamline a seamless buying and selling process for her clients, whether that involves a first house, a transitional property, or a forever home.
Debbie graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing before beginning a job in sales with a Fortune 500 Company. After many years in various sales, marketing, and management positions and multiple moves around the South East—to Birmingham, Raleigh, Washington DC, and Atlanta—Debbie and her husband Henrie settled in Pinellas County in 2005. It was then that Debbie decided to pursue her real estate license, as her frequent moves had given her an insider’s look at the process from beginning to end—several times over!
With years of industry experience in all facets of the real estate business, Debbie offers an extensive knowledge of the buying and selling process and a fundamental desire to make it as simple and effortless as possible for everyone involved. She credits the amazing synergy of her real estate team to their respective backgrounds in corporate culture and technology, and to their shared passion—golf!
Debbie believes that it is extremely important to truly connect with the community around her by becoming actively involved; she volunteers her time at her home church and with an organization called Impact 24:7, which helps disadvantaged people and those experiencing homelessness to get back on their feet.
