Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and then Boston, Massachusetts, David moved to Pinellas County in 1997. He lived in Belleair for over 20 years before moving to Dunedin in 2017. David was Editor-In-Chief of the duPont Registry Tampa magazine. During this period David established many contacts throughout the Tampa Bay area. David has enjoyed the small town feel and friendly residents of Dunedin. Some of his favorite events are the Mardi Gras and Christmas parades and the weekly farmers markets on Main Street. Of course, Dunedin is well known for its fine restaurants and many microbreweries including the oldest microbrewery in Florida. After nearly a 30-year career in retail and sales management, David decided to pursue a career in real estate. His many years of managing and working with people are his strongest asset in developing relationships in the real estate industry. David is proud to be a part of Coastal Properties Group International, the leading luxury real estate company in Pinellas County. David enjoys playing competitive tennis and is a member of the Belleair Country Club. He also plays on competitive USTA tennis teams based out of The St. Pete Tennis Center. He enjoys Porsche Sport cars and is a member of the Porsche Club of America and the 356 Registry. In David’s spare time, he enjoys driving his cars around downtown Dunedin and going to local car events. David is also a competitive triathlete and participates annually in the St. Anthony’s Triathlon in St. Petersburg, Florida. David has also competed in 70.3 Ironman events around the country.
