Born in Chicago and raised in the Boston area, Colleen has been a resident of Tampa Bay/Clearwater since 1999. Colleen continues to employ the strategies she utilized with her relocation clients, to serve her wide array of clientele. As a Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) Certified Broker by NAR, Colleen services national banks and local clients in the listing, marketing and timely selling or buying of REO or Short Sale properties. Colleen has listed and closed over 145 REO properties. To best serve her clients and stay on top of real estate trends, Colleen places importance on continuing education. She has earned several designations with the National Association of Realtors. These include: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI.) Together with her husband Gary, Colleen enjoys golfing at the Belleair Country Club, cycling, traveling, and watching all New England and Tampa Bay professional sports.
