Ann moved to Florida when she was in 4th grade. She is very familiar and knowledgeable of both Hillsborough & Pinellas County. Ann has lived in St. Petersburg, Seminole, Tampa and Belleair. Her mother & father have been in Real Estate for over 30 years, so she feels as though she has been a part of the industry just as long. Ann loves working with people, especially working with our new residents. She says it’s fun to inform people all about the community and what the Tampa Bay Area offers. She owns a local Boutique in Belleair called “For the Love of..” Ann has 3 boys that attend Clearwater Central Catholic & Clearwater Fundamental. Her hobbies include playing tennis and yoga.
